Grant Creek Manor

The owner’s background in architecture guided this project’s design and detailing. The home is tucked against Grant Creek in its own private setting. Walls built with structurally insulated panels (SIP) and rigid insulation under the radiant slab are some examples of the focus that was given to a tight building envelope. Locally sourced timbers and stone define the exterior of the home. Details include a floating spiral staircase, soundproof theater room, covered timber patios, and a custom plane wing bar top in the game room.
